The unofficial kickoff to summer will see public splashpads in Windsor available for the holiday fun. On Friday, the City of Windsor announced its splash pads would be open for the season just in time for the Victoria Day long weekend. Splash pad hours will run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. as long as weather permits. While spring in the Rose City has been relatively mild so far, the intense summer heat the region typically sees each year is right around the corner.
