Windsor’s Chinese community has donated $500,000 to the Fancsy Family Hospital over the next five years. The money will help buy necessary equipment and technology for treatment. “The commitment reflects our shared values of care, education, and giving back, and our collective effort to help build a healthier future for generations to come,” said Stephen Tsui, president of the Essex County Chinese Canadian Association (ECCCA) “The Chinese community of Windsor and Essex is honoured to support this important initiative and to stand alongside our community and Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation to create a lasting legacy.” At the Fancsy Family Hospital, a multi-purpose education room will be dedicated to the Chinese community in Windsor-Essex. “We are deeply moved by the leadership of the local Chinese community,” said Cristina Naccarato, executive director of Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation. “Their early support highlights the power of collective philanthropy in ensuring Windsor-Essex has access to a leading healthcare facility equipped to meet our needs.
