Days after a car crashed through the front of a LaSalle, Ont. Zehrs, police have laid charges. Investigators say a 73-year-old LaSalle woman has been charged with careless driving causing bodily harm after the collision Monday afternoon. Officers responded around 2:30 p.m. to the store on Malden Road, where a 42-year-old Windsor man inside the building was hit by the vehicle. He was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver is scheduled to appear in provincial offences court at a future date.
