The Essex County Library (ECL) has launched a new mobile app, looking to give library users a ‘seamless experience’. It’s called ECL Mobile and ECK said it will allow you to access your library account, browse the catalogue, renew checkouts, place holds on books, access eBooks and eAudiobooks, and find out about upcoming events. “We’re thrilled to offer this new tool to our community,” said Adam Craig, Chief Librarian for ECL. “Our goal is to make library resources more accessible and convenient for everyone, and this app is a major step forward in enhancing our digital services. It’s one-stop-shopping for all your library needs.” The app can now be downloaded on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. For more information, you can visit the library’s website or give it a call at 226-946-1529.
