Windsor police say the E.C. Row Expressway westbound off-ramp at Walker Road has reopened after a garbage truck fire. Police at firefighters were called to the area at 11:49 a.m. on Thursday. E.C. Row westbound on-ramp from Central remained open for access to E.C. Row only. Access to Walker Road from the westbound on-ramp was closed, but has reopened.
