Windsor Police continue to look for a man who is wanted following a break-and-enter and multiple prowling incidents in the west end. Police have identified the man as 50-year-old Andrew McWater Young. Between July 26 and July 29, the suspect was captured on video and seen by other bystanders going onto a property in the 2300 block of University Avenue West and entering the house on multiple occasions. In one incident, police say the homeowner found the suspect standing in the foyer after he allegedly forced entry through a door. The suspect left the area without incident after he was discovered. Police say Young is wanted for unlawfully being in a dwelling-house and two counts of prowling at night on another person’s property. Anyone with information on Young’s whereabouts is asked to contact Windsor Police or Crime Stoppers.
