While it looks legitimate at first glance, an email that appears to be from Bell is actually a scam. The email states that your credit card has expired and your account has been suspended. It requests you click on a link to update your account information. Bell says it will never send an email asking for personal information. If a customer suspects a Bell-branded email is a phishing scam, they should forward it to abuse@bell.ca. Bell is the parent company of CTV.
