Louis Vuitton, the Canadian cat famous for hopping the border into the U.S., now has a sign warning drivers to slow down for his crossings. Neighbours on Zero Avenue in South Surrey installed the marker for the fearless feline, who routinely leaps from British Columbia into Washington State. The adventurous kitty has become an internet sensation, attracting worldwide attention for his near-daily cross-border escapades. The sign and its little wooden figure were built by local craftsman Bob Christy, creator of “Stumpies,” which are whimsical characters ranging from skiers to musicians, all made from discarded wood.
