Toronto to see ‘picture-perfect summer day’ on Wednesday

CP24 meteorologist Bill Coulter provides an update on weather conditions in Toronto and parts of the GTA.

Wednesday is shaping up to be another beautiful day as a pattern of warm, dry weather continues this week.

Environment Canada is calling for sunshine and a high of 29 C on Wednesday and Thursday.

CP24 Meteorologist Bill Coulter said the humidity will begin to build on Friday as the daytime high of 28 C will feel closer to the low 30s.

“We get a break with active weather coming in on the weekend,” Coulter said.

He said some much-needed rain will arrive overnight Friday and Saturday will see periods of showers and a high of 23 C.

More rain and a high of 24 C is expected on Sunday.

The temperature will begin to climb early next week but showers are possible on both Monday and Tuesday, which will see highs of 25 C and 27 C on each day respectively.
