BALTIMORE — Rookie Trey Yesavage will start for the Toronto Blue Jays tonight against the Baltimore Orioles. Yesavage was reinstated from Toronto’s 15-day injured list this afternoon, having recovered from left-knee inflammation. The right-hander had been out since his knee buckled during warmups against the Houston Astros on Aug. 4. Right-handed reliever Chad Dallas was recalled from triple-A Buffalo and will be active for tonight’s game In corresponding moves, lefty Joe Mantiply was designated for assignment and right-handed Spencer Arrighetti was optioned to the Blue Jays’ spring training complex in Dunedin, Fla. Toronto is three games back of the Chicago White Sox for the American League’s final wild-card spot with six regular-season games left on the Blue Jays’ schedule.
