Police and firefighters are on the scene of a watermain break in the city’s east end that is disrupting streetcar service in the area. The incident was reported at around 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of Coxwell and Fairford avenues, near Gerrard Street. Officials say gas and diesel fuel is mixed in with the running water and the incident has shut down the street. No injuries were reported. It is unclear when the area will reopen to traffic.
