Toronto police say only minor injuries were reported after a driver struck a streetcar in Toronto’s downtown core early Wednesday morning. It happened shortly after 4 a.m. in the area of Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue. According to police, the driver involved in the collision remained at the scene. Two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries. Queen Street was shut down between Cameron Street and Augusta Avenue but the area has since reopened.
