Pedestrian hit by truck in Keelesdale suffers serious injuries

A female pedestrian has been hit by a truck in Keelesdale, Toronto police say.

It happened in the area of Keele Street and Eglinton Avenue West shortly before 2:30 p.m.

Police say the pedestrian has been taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the truck remained at the scene, police say.
