A man in his 30s has been seriously injured in a shooting in downtown Toronto. Police say a call came in shortly after 9:30 p.m. for a shooting in the area of Wellesley and Bleecker Streets. When officers arrived, they found a male victim with a gunshot wound, police say. Toronto paramedics told CTV News that they transported the victim to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. In a later update, police said the victim’s injuries were serious but non-life-threatening. No suspect information has been released.
