Male injured, 2 suspects outstanding after stabbing in Scarborough

A male was injured and two suspects are outstanding following a stabbing in southwest Scarborough on Monday evening.

The incident happened near Eglinton Avenue East and Birchmount Road.

Toronto police said they were called to that area around 6:10 p.m. for reports of a stabbing.

There, officers found a male who had been stabbed. They described his injuries as non-life threatening.

Investigators said two male suspects fled the area before police arrived.
