TORONTO - Federal health officials have added three more products to a list of food being recalled because of a salmonella outbreak in the U.S.

Sinbad Sweets 23-piece Dessert Collection, Rain Creek Baking Company's 48-piece Baklava assortment and Isagenix 65-gram Chocolate Dipped Honey Peanut IsaLean Bar may contain salmonella bacteria.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says these U.S.-made snack foods may have been distributed across the country.

There have been no reported illnesses linked to eating these products and the importers are voluntarily recalling the affected items.

The outbreak, traced to a peanut processing plant in Georgia, has sickened more than 500 people in the U.S. and may have contributed to eight deaths.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has not reported any illnesses associated with products sold in Canada.

An earlier recall in Canada involved nutrition bars sold under the name Three Carb Bar, with the lot number 111109.
