A Los Angeles privacy and security researcher has developed a method of opening any combination lock made by Master Lock, a company owned by Fortune Brands Home & Security Inc.
Kamkar posted the key to his party trick on YouTube, revealing the vulnerability of the popular padlocks.
The website will spit out a list of 20 possibilities for the combination. The website calculates the first digit, then gives suggestions for the second and third.
