A former Saskatoon Catholic school employee faces new charges after a sixth girl came forward with allegations against him. Hessam Aldin Sahrapour, 41, appeared by phone at Saskatoon Provincial Court on Wednesday. As a result of the new complainant, Sahrapour is facing three new charges: assault, sexual assault and sexual interference. The children were 10 years old at the time of the alleged incidents at St. Mary’s Wellness and Education Centre between September 2025 and May 2026. Sahrapour remains out of custody. His release conditions were amended Wednesday to prohibit contact with the new complainant, in addition to the five others. Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools said Sahrapour’s employment has been terminated, but it has not disclosed his role at the school. Sahrapour’s next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 29.
