Officials from the Bolo (Be on the lookout) Program have released their list of the top 25 most wanted fugitives in Canada.

1-Bryan Fuentes-Gramajo Bryan Fuentes-Gramajo is wanted by Toronto police on a Canada-wide warrant. He’s suspected of first-degree murder in connection with a shooting at Yorkdale Mall on July 17th, 2025. A $100,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to his arrest. Fuentes Gramajo is from Montreal and has several family and criminal ties to the Greater Montreal Area.
2-All Boivin All Boivin is wanted by Quebec police on Canada-wide warrants for multiple drug-related offences, including conspiracy to traffic and possession for the purpose of trafficking. His last known residence was in Saint-Lazare, Que., and a $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
3-Tamah McLean Tamah McLean is wanted by Toronto police in relation to the June 9, 2025, shooting death of a 33-year-old man in Scarborough. McLean has multiple prior convictions and is considered armed and dangerous. A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
4-Tresor Horimbere Tresor Horimbere is wanted by Winnipeg police on a Canada-wide warrant. He’s suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the July 13, 2024, shooting death of a 22-year-old soccer player at a south-end Winnipeg facility. A $100,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
5-Dylan Denis Dylan Denis is wanted by Montreal police on a Canada-wide warrant for his alleged involvement in the May 14, 2024, shooting of a man in Ahuntsic-Cartierville. Investigators believe Denis has numerous ties in the Greater Montreal Area, particularly in Laval, and that accomplices may be helping him evade arrest.
6-Pierry Philogene Pierry Philogene is wanted in connection to the murder of Charles-Olivier Boucher Savard, that happened in Montreal on December 22, 2021, according to police.
7-Chad Dandan Winnipeg police are searching for 24-year-old Chad Dandan in relation to the murder of Zeyad Vifan Shammo in September 2024. Dandan is believed to be driving a dark coloured SUV and may be in the area of Northern Manitoba. He is wanted for first-degree murder, kidnapping and extortion.
8-Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone York Regional Police are searching for 27-year-old Katherine Bergeron-Pinzarrone of Mississauga, suspected of second-degree murder in connection with the stabbing death of a 16-year-old from Montreal. Police say Bergeron-Pinzarrone is known to reside in both Mississauga and Quebec.
9-Saed Osman Saed Osman is wanted by Edmonton police on 20 Canada-wide warrants for his alleged involvement in the March 2022 shooting at a bar that killed one and left several injured. Osman is accused of first-degree murder, discharging a firearm with intent, and multiple other firearms offences. A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
10-Noah Singh Greater Sudbury Police are searching for 19-year-old Noah Singh in relation to a homicide at a sports bar on April 21, 2023. Anyone with information related to his whereabouts is asked to contact police at 705-675-9171 or Crime Stopper.
11-Mohamed Shire The Ottawa Police Service is offering up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest of Mohamed Shire. He is wanted in connection with a shooting in a packed parking lot in Ottawa’s Alta Vista ward on May 28, 2021, which left two men dead and another in hospital.
12-Dellano Robertson-Berry 24-year-old Dellano Robertson-Berry is wanted by Toronto police for his alleged involvement in the February 5, 2025, murder of Lyle Pounall in the city’s downtown.
13-Omid Mashinchi Vancouver police are asking the public for help locating 43-year-old Omid Mashinchi, wanted Canada-wide in connection with a large-scale drug trafficking investigation. Mashinchi faces charges of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and two counts of firearm possession.
14-Adrian Walker Adrian Walker is wanted by Toronto police on a Canada-wide warrant. He is suspected of first-degree murder and attempted murder in connection with a shooting in the city’s York District on May 7, 2024. Police warn that Walker may be armed and dangerous, and anyone helping him evade arrest could be charged as an accessory after the fact.
15-Nicholas Singh Ontario’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking the public for help locating 23-year-old Nicholas Singh, who is alleged to have breached parole. Singh is serving a five-year sentence for discharging a prohibited firearm, robbery, and possession of a weapon contrary to a prohibition order. Police say he is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
16- Gurkirat Singh 26-year-old Gurkirat Singh is wanted by Delta police in B.C. in connection with several sexual assault charges. He is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, and sexual interference of a person under 16. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Metro Vancouver Crime Stoppers.
17- Yusuf Ali The Winnipeg Police Service’s Major Crimes Unit is searching for 28-year-old Yusuf Ali, wanted in connection with an attempted murder investigation from November 25, 2021. Police say Ali is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Major Crimes investigators at 204-986-6219 or Crime Stoppers.
18-Joshua Gray Ontario’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is searching for 44-year-old Joshua Gray, who is alleged to have breached his parole. Gray is serving a two-year sentence for armed robbery, possession of a scheduled substance, and disguise with intent. Police say he is known to frequent the London, Sarnia, and Toronto areas but may have left Ontario and could be elsewhere in Canada.
19-Gibriil Bakal 29-year-old Gibriil Bakal of Edmonton is wanted by Ottawa police in connection with the murder of a 33-year-old male on Champagne Avenue South on January 29, 2024. Anyone with information on the location of Bakal is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service Homicide Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 5493.
20-Cristian Cuxum Cristian Cuxum is wanted by Toronto police, accused of second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder, for his alleged involvement in a shooting at an indoor sports complex on October 9, 2022.
21- Dharam Singh Dhaliwal Dharam Singh Dhaliwal is wanted by Peel Regional Police on a Canada-wide warrant. He is suspected of first-degree murder in connection with the December 3, 2022, shooting death of a 21-year-old woman working at a gas station in Mississauga. Officials say that in the months leading up to the murder, Dhaliwal had been charged with domestic-related offences against the victim and even staged his own suicide to evade police.
22-Tommy Bernier-Thibault Police in Levis, Que., are searching for 27-year-old Tommy Bernier-Thibault, wanted for an alleged assault with a weapon and uttering threats at an establishment on November 12, 2022.
23- Kiarash Parzham Kiarash Parzham is wanted by Toronto police, suspected in the June 15, 2022 shooting death of a 28-year-old outside a TTC subway station. Officials say Parzham has strong ties to Richmond Hill and maintains connections to Metro Vancouver, where he was known to frequent Hamilton Street’s entertainment district.
24- Talal Mohamad Amer Talal Amer is accused of killing a 40-year-old mother of five in a crash and was allegedly behind a shooting in Calgary’s Forest Lawn community on May 10, 2022. Amer is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for manslaughter and first made the list in 2022.
25- Danick Miguel Bourgeois The Ontario Provincial Police are searching for Danick Bourgeois on a Canada-wide warrant. He faces second-degree murder charges after the body of a 65-year-old man was found following reports of a bush fire south of Erin, Ont., on December 17, 2015. Officials believe Bourgeois could be anywhere in Canada.
