Stefan Keyes anchors CTV News at Five & CTV News at 11:30pm. In addition, he reports Live, Local, Breaking News for CTV News at Six. Stefan Keyes isn’t just your average journalist who sits behind a news desk and reports the daily news. No, no. Aside from stellar reporting with a stylish flair, Keyes works diligently to give back to the community volunteering for several not-for-profit groups with a focus on minority issues, youth, and the arts. His talents also led him to become a vocalist and actor, who has performed for diverse crowds in Canada, the United States and Jamaica. Keyes has also been a back-up singer for Grammy award-winning gospel artist, Tramaine Hawkins. And sometimes you can still spot him in a movie-of-the-week or a Canadian-produced TV series. He launched his career with CTV Ottawa in 2008 before moving to Alberta for a news anchoring position in Calgary. He returned to Ottawa in 2018 to anchor CTV Morning Live, now known as CTV Your Morning Ottawa. Stefan completed his post-secondary studies at Carleton University’s School of Journalism.
