About 20 post-secondary students rallied outside Nipissing MPP Vic Fedeli's office, demanding changes to OSAP and a stop to tuition hikes. Protesters oppose Bill 33 and a 2% tuition increase, calling for interest-free OSAP loans to be converted into grants as part of the provincewide Hands Off Education campaign.
