Sudbury's Parkside Centre is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Located in the YMCA building, the centre offers programs and services for people over 50, keeping older adults active and connected. It operates seven days a week, with about 300 people passing through daily. The centre also participates in a social prescribing program, with 600 people referred over the past two years.
