Ontario plans to introduce the Building Highway 69 Faster Act, which aims to accelerate four-laning the remaining 68 kilometres by five years through a streamlined environmental process. Four of six sections are expected to be under construction by the end of 2027, though the province says the cost won't be made public until tendering is complete. Angela Gemmill reports.
