Three long-term care homes in the North Bay area are receiving more than $440,000 from the provincial Local Priorities Fund to support residents with complex needs. Eastholme for the Aged, Algonquin Nursing Home and Cassellholme are splitting the funding, which has allowed Eastholme to hire a full-time behavioural support position and will provide training and equipment to all three homes.
