The Sudbury Symphony Orchestra opens its 50th season Oct. 17 with Generations at the Sheridan Auditorium, honouring founder Dr. Metro Kozak and recreating pieces from its first 1954 concert. Executive Director Yvanna Mycyk told CTV's Marina Moore the performance travels through time and music, honouring the mentors, musicians and community leaders who built the orchestra.
