Blind River's annual Witches Dance, Party and Market marks its 10th anniversary this weekend, bringing live performances, vendors and family activities downtown. The dance runs Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mayor Sally Hagman says the event now draws visitors from across the North Shore.
