Greater Sudbury city council has approved a community-wide rat strategy after Minnow Lake residents raised concerns. A mapping tool will launch in a few weeks and residents can call 311 for bylaw services. Public Health Sudbury & Districts says its role is limited to education, as rats are not typically disease carriers. A broader plan is expected in early 2027. Madison Marier reports.
