A no-admissions order remains in effect at Extendicare Countryside in Sudbury after the Ministry of Long Term Care issued it on Aug. 6, the second order in two years. Outstanding compliance issues relate to continence care and weight change assessments. The ministry says the order will remain until the home achieves sustained compliance.
