Ground has broken on a commercial truck stop along Highway 11 in Smooth Rock Falls. The RJ Construction project includes a Tim Hortons, a gas station, EV charging stations and a 24-hour truck stop. Completion is planned for fall 2027. Lydia Chubak reports.
