Sudbury-area residents got into the Halloween spirit early for a good cause at the annual Witches on the River event in Wahnapitae. More than 50 witches and warlocks traded potions for paddles on Saturday, taking to canoes, kayaks and paddleboards in support of the Coniston and Wahnapitae Food Bank.
