The man accused of killing OPP Const. Tarun Bali in Hearst appeared in court Wednesday, with a judicial pre-trial scheduled for Oct. 8 and another court appearance set for Oct. 21. Justin Veronneau faces murder charges in the June 9 incident in which the officer was struck by a fleeing vehicle.
