Skeletons have taken over the Blind River waterfront as part of a tourism initiative supported by a FedNor grant. Mayor Sally Hagman says the display, which also includes the annual Witches Dance and a Pumpkin Path, has sparked curiosity. The skeletons will be removed before winter, making way for snowmen.
