The province is providing Bioveld North with $5.1 million for engineering and planning work to study a full restart of the former Domtar mill in Espanola. The company plans to create a full-fibre bioproduct hub, starting with premium pulp and specialty paper. The restart is expected to create about 400 jobs. Angela Gemmill reports.
