A child is dead and two others were sent to hospital after a car and dump truck collided on Highway 17 in East Ferris Township on Monday. OPP say the 11-year-old victim died following the crash and the two surviving passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators are appealing for dashcam footage or witnesses to come forward.
