Sudbury's Peace Tower Project, the first mass-timber affordable housing building in northern Ontario, will welcome tenants in September. The 38-unit structure was assembled in 23 days using prefabricated cross-laminated timber. Priority goes to those on the city's housing registry, with 10 units reserved for L'Arche Sudbury clients.
