The International Test Pilot School at North Bay's Jack Garland Airport has received NATO accreditation for fighter pilot training, following a $1.5 million federal hangar renovation. The school trains 20 to 30 pilots currently, with six new jets arriving and plans to expand to 100 students. A $50 million capital investment will add a second hangar. Eric Taschner reports.
