U.S. tariffs force Temiscaming mill closure
Rayonier Advanced Materials will indefinitely shut its mill in Temiscaming, Que., on Sept. 15, blaming U.S. tariffs and economic uncertainty. The move idles more than 400 workers at the century-old plant, the town's largest employer, with no guarantee of reopening even if trade disputes are resolved. Eric Taschner has more.
