Sault Ste. Marie fire officials are reviewing response issues after crews were sent to the wrong address and encountered unavailable hydrants while battling an Aug. 13 shed fire on Prentice Avenue. The blaze spread to a home and damaged two neighbouring dwellings before it was contained.
