The Northern Ontario Hockey Association is seeking volunteers to address poor conduct on and off the ice after dozens of maltreatment incidents were reported last season. The association wants judges, police, teachers or lawyers to adjudicate complaints quickly. Referee abuse remains a key concern and 50 volunteers have already signed up. Eric Taschner has the latest.
