Police in Sudbury have arrested 12 people and laid nearly 200 criminal charges related to approximately 100 shoplifting incidents this year. The suspects were charged between June and August after police identified repeat offenders targeting businesses. Police are encouraging businesses to continue reporting thefts and providing surveillance evidence.
