The federal government has released a free catalogue of 50 pre-approved home designs, with designs tailored coast-to-coast. Sudbury is joining as a local partner to fast-track approvals. MP Viviane Lapointe says the city is reviewing singles, duplexes and triplexes to meet rental and ownership needs.
