The Greater Sudbury Police Service has committed to 30% female representation by 2030 after signing the 30Forward pledge. The service sits at 18.5 per cent sworn female members but has hired 12 women over the past two years. A partnership with Cambrian College has helped boost recruitment. Madison Marier has more.
