OPP officers in Blind River placed a cruiser on the detachment lawn Friday as a tribute to Const. Andrew Hall, known affectionately as 'Dance,' and a plea for drivers to slow down. Hall, who died of ALS 10 years ago, started the tradition. His memory remains both a blessing and a lesson.
