Greater Sudbury's longest currently serving city councillor Joscelyne Landry-Altmann is retiring after 20 years, having kept every promise she made. First elected in 2006 over a safety concern, she says her work is done. Mayor Paul Lefebvre says she leaves Ward 12 better than she found it. She is one of five councillors not seeking re-election.
