Timmins resident demands action on shelter encampment
Timmins resident Chastity Duguay says little has changed a year after she first raised safety fears over the encampment behind the Living Space shelter. She urges stronger enforcement, agency coordination and neighbour updates. Mayor Michelle Boileau cites human rights limitations but acknowledges an increase in crime.
