Northern College's first-ever summer police academy in Timmins aims to tackle national recruitment shortages head-on, giving more than 20 youth hands-on experience in forensics, drones and traffic enforcement alongside local police, OPP and Nishnawbe Aski officers to inspire the next generation of law enforcement.
