After two years of a weekly Monday ritual, a Hearst couple, Lucie and Marc, won the $250,000 top prize on an Instant Crossword Deluxe scratch ticket. The pair say they plan to save for retirement, buy a new truck and treat their grandkids to a Disney World trip.
