Sudbury-based forensic pathologist Dr. Kona Williams, Canada's first Indigenous specialist in her field, has been appointed to the Order of Canada for her work on unmarked burials and teaching next-gen doctors at Laurentian University and NOSM, while continuing to support searching families.
