The 18-year-old accused in the hit-and-run death of OPP Const. Tarun Bali in Hearst appeared in court via video remand on Wednesday. Justin Veronneau faces a first-degree murder charge. A preliminary hearing date is still pending and the case will return to the docket on Aug. 19.
