Northeastern Ontairo home sales dipped in May
According to the Canadian Real Estate Association, northeastern Ontario home sales declined in May despite a national increase from April to May. Sault Ste. Marie dropped nearly 15% year-over-year — the steepest in the region. Sudbury fell more than 12% though benchmark prices rose. Timmins saw a moderate 6% decline with prices up almost 12%, while North Bay sales slipped 7%.
